Sacred Ground: A BIPOC Healing Circle

Sacred Ground: A BIPOC Healing Circle

in collaboration with the City of Gaithersburg

Fridays, Feb 13- 27| 5:30-6:30 pm

This healing circle is a sacred space created by and for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color ( BIPOC) to gather in community, rest deeply, and reconnect with our inner wisdom.

In a world that often asks us to carry more than our share, this circle invites you to rest and reset. Through guided meditation, gentle movement, storytelling, and open sharing, we’ll hold space for grief, joy, relatedness, and restoration. This is a place to be seen, held, and heard—without explanation or performance.

Whether you’re new to healing spaces or have walked this path for years, you are welcome exactly as you are.

What to Expect:

  • Grounding practices rooted in breath and mindfulness

  • Gentle movement and somatic release (all levels welcome)

  • Group sharing and deep listening

  • Community connection and collective reflection

  • A trauma-informed, consent-based space facilitated with care

Who This Is For:
This space is open to all who identify as BIPOC. We center our lived experiences, cultural resilience, and ancestral strength.

Come as you are. Leave feeling witnessed, recharged, and more deeply connected to your truth.
